Shipping and delivery information


The time frame for delivery of the order is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time (2-7 business days): Order check, tailoring, quality check and packaging.

  • Delivery Time (7-21 business days): This refers to the time required to deliver items from our warehouse to the destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, the items usually need between 7 and 21 business days to arrive at their destination. Some products are packaged and delivered separately. We cannot guarantee delivery dates and to the extent permitted by law, we do not assume any liability, other than to notify you of any known delay, for products delivered after the scheduled delivery date. The average delivery time can be displayed on the website. This is only an average estimate, and some delivery may take longer or may be delivered much faster. All delivery estimates given at the time of placing and order confirmation may be subject to change. We try to make product delivery as simple as possible.
