Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at office@chestnut.world. If your return is accepted, we'll send you return options, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of refund shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Contact us at office@chestnut.world and we will arrange the details. Specify "EXCHANGE" in the subject line of the email. We will send you instructions on how and where to send the package.
In "EXCHANGE" you bear the cost of returning the goods, we send you another product at the price of the product you bought and which is now returned.
The item that is in the process of being returned goes to charity.
Refunds
We do not refund money. We’ve never had those situations and we don’t know how to do it, at least not fast enough as you might want it to be.
